Description:

As a MEAL Support Volunteer, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and evaluation of VNZ’s programs, ensuring they are impactful, accountable, and continuously improving.

Key Responsibilities
i. Monitoring
+ Design and support digital data collection tools (e.g., surveys, checklists).
+ Help local teams track inputs, outputs, and immediate results of community projects.
+ Maintain data dashboards or logs to track progress against targets.

ii.) Evaluation
+ Assist in analyzing program outcomes and effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
+ Support in developing outcome indicators and evaluation plans.
+ Contribute to writing evaluation reports that assess impact and value for money.

iii.) Accountability
+ Help set up community feedback channels (e.g., online forms, WhatsApp groups).
+ Support tracking and follow-up on complaints, suggestions, or compliments.
+ Ensure that reports reflect the voices and experiences of participants.

iv.) Learning
+ Identify patterns and trends that inform better decision-making.
+ Help organize virtual reflection sessions or learning reviews.
+ Document lessons learned and best practices to guide future project design.
