Key Responsibilities
i.) Academic Tutoring
+ Offer online sessions in subjects like English, Math, Science, or ICT.
+ Help learners with homework, revision, or exam preparation.
ii.) Career Mentorship
+ Provide guidance on career choices, university applications, or scholarship opportunities.
+ Share insights into global career paths and work readiness skills.
iii.) Life Skills & Confidence Building
+ Lead virtual workshops or one-on-one sessions on topics like communication, time management, or personal development.
+ Support students in building confidence and resilience.
iv.) Resource Sharing
+ Recommend or develop learning materials (PDFs, videos, worksheets).
+ Suggest apps, tools, or online resources for further learning.

Time Commitment
+ 1–2 sessions per week (30–60 minutes each).
+ Flexible timing based on your availability and student schedules.
+ Suggested minimum commitment: 1 month to build rapport and consistency.
