The portal is provided for VNZ volunteer coordination, online assignments, Visit Zimbabwe preparation, member coordination, and local volunteer ID verification. Users must provide truthful information and use the platform in a respectful, lawful, and safeguarding-conscious manner.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Notify VNZ if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. VNZ may review suitability, availability, safeguarding requirements, and assignment needs before confirming participation.
Users must not upload harmful, misleading, unlawful, or unrelated content. Documents shared through the portal should be relevant to the requested volunteer process.
VNZ may update platform features, policies, assignments, and access rules as the programme develops. The platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or technical reasons.
